The 6th Annual Toronto Perioperative 3D transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) Course (2025) was an Accredited Self-Assessment Program (4.5 hours) and an Accredited Simulation Activity (8.5 hours) (Section 3) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, and approved by the Canadian Anesthesiologists' Society. New accreditation pending for 2026.
The 4th Annual Barcelona Perioperative 3D TEE Course (2025) was granted 8 European CME credits (ECMEC®s) by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) (LEE/2024/00503). New accreditation pending for 2026.
Course Description
Duration: Hands-on, 9 hours course.
Goal: Aim to offer clinicians a strong introduction to 3D echocardiographic image acquisition, optimization and post-processing techniques.
Methodology: Hands-on 3D echocardiography image analysis experience on workstations, and review of practical clinical applications.
